How to Use
- Always dilute in a carrier oil before applying to skin — dilute at 0.5–1% for facial use and 1–3% for body use.
- For aromatherapy, add 3–5 drops to a diffuser with water and diffuse for 30–60 minutes at a time.
- For bath use, always blend with a carrier oil or bath dispersant before adding to bathwater — never add undiluted essential oil directly to water.
- For sleep support, add 2–3 drops to a pillow spray or diffuse in the bedroom 30 minutes before sleep.
- For candles and soap, use at recommended fragrance rates and always perform a test batch first.

- Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with a carrier oil, then water
- Consult a healthcare professional before use during pregnancy or on young children
