Order Timing
Orders can be placed at any time. Dispatch and delivery depend on when the order is completed, the selected method and the destination.
Windhoek orders placed before 16:00 may qualify for same-day delivery.
Windhoek orders placed before 13:00 may qualify for same-day delivery.
Orders are attended to on the next working day.

Before You Order
Please select the option that matches your location. The chosen delivery fee is included in your order total. Incorrect delivery selections may delay processing while the difference is corrected.
Orders outside Windhoek are sent using available courier partners such as NamPost or Hardap Courier. Once dispatched, we will provide the relevant waybill or tracking information.
Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to the shop. Collection is available during our business hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00 and Saturday 09:00-13:00.
Orders of N$1,500 or more qualify for free delivery where indicated at checkout. The available option may depend on the delivery destination.
Please contact Hambelela Organic before returning an item so the team can confirm the correct process and whether the item is eligible. Return delivery or courier costs are the customer's responsibility unless confirmed otherwise. Please also review our Terms and Conditions.
Same-day delivery is not guaranteed. Weather, order volume, payment confirmation, stock availability and courier operations may affect timing. We will communicate important delays where possible.
