Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled unless Hambelela Organic agrees otherwise. All orders remain subject to our acceptance. We may confirm receipt of your order and provide further updates when it is ready, collected or dispatched.

We take reasonable care to display product descriptions, images, colours and prices accurately. Natural products may vary in colour, texture or appearance. If a material pricing or product-information error affects your order, we will contact you and may offer the choice to proceed with corrected information or cancel the affected item.

Special offers may be changed or ended without advance notice. Where an offer is ended, orders already accepted under that offer will be handled according to the terms that applied when they were accepted, unless stated otherwise.

Product prices are shown in Namibian dollars. VAT is charged where applicable at the prevailing rate. Prices may change without prior notice. The applicable delivery, collection or courier charge is displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Full payment must be made using one of the payment options provided during checkout. Processing and delivery begin only after payment has been received or acceptable proof of payment has been confirmed. EFT payments are accepted. Cheques and direct bank deposits are not accepted as payment methods unless Hambelela Organic confirms otherwise.

We may decline, place on hold or cancel an order where:

• An item is unavailable or out of stock.
• There is an error involving the product, description or price.
• Proof of payment is not received within 24 hours where required.
• Payment cannot be authorised or confirmed.
• Order or customer information is incomplete or requires verification.

Hambelela Organic reserves the right to reject an order at its reasonable discretion. We will contact you where we are unable to process an order.

We currently deliver within Namibia only. Windhoek orders placed before 16:00 from Monday to Friday, or before 13:00 on Saturday, may qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are attended to on the next working day. Timing remains subject to payment clearance, address verification, stock availability and operational capacity.

Countrywide orders are dispatched through available courier partners. Tracking or waybill information is provided after dispatch where available. Delivery dates are estimates and late delivery alone does not automatically entitle a customer to cancel an accepted order.

Hambelela Organic is not responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control. These may include severe weather, strikes, transport disruption, war, civil unrest, power or communication failures and courier interruptions.

Complaints about products, orders or services should be submitted to [email protected]. Please provide your full name, contact details, order or purchase date, order number where available and enough information for us to investigate properly.

Please contact us before returning any item. Return eligibility and the correct process depend on the product and its condition. Return delivery or courier charges are the customer's responsibility unless Hambelela Organic confirms otherwise. See our Delivery and Returns policy for further guidance.

We may update these terms when our services, processes or legal obligations change. The revised version will apply from the date published on this page. Please review the terms periodically and before placing an order.
