  • Now put it on the electric heater or on the stove to boil it
  • You need to boil it until the white froth appears and it becomes thick
  • Put the mixture in a bowl using a strainer after it has boiled properly
  • Let the mixture cool down, and your flaxseed hair mask is ready.
  • Apply this hair mask to your hair meticulously from root to end
  • Then you can wash it off after 45 minutes
  • Wear this hair mask twice a week

Flaxseed Face Pack
Reap maximum benefits for your skin, just prepare a face pack from flaxseeds. You will need 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of honey to do so.
