- Wooden box provides insulation to support even curing and gel phase
- Reusable and long-lasting — both components are durable and easy to clean
- Loaf format produces multiple uniform bars from a single pour
- Flexible silicone sides make unmolding simple without damaging the soap
Uses
- Cold process and hot process soap making
- Melt-and-pour soap loaves
- Wax and resin loaf casting
- DIY cosmetic bars such as shampoo bars and conditioner bars
How to Use
- Place the silicone liner inside the wooden box — it should fit snugly with the box providing support on all sides.
- Pour your prepared soap batter or melted mixture into the silicone liner.
- Tap gently to release air bubbles and smooth the surface.
- Cover and allow to set for 24–48 hours (or as required by your recipe).
- Once fully set, lift the silicone liner out of the wooden box and gently peel the sides away from the loaf.
- Slice the loaf into individual bars using a soap cutter or sharp knife.
- Allow bars to cure for 4–6 weeks before use (cold process).
- Wash the silicone liner with warm soapy water and wipe the wooden box clean. Air dry both thoroughly before storing.
Safety
- For cosmetic and craft use only — not for food use
- Always handle lye-based soap batter with gloves and eye protection
- Do not expose the wooden box to direct water immersion — wipe clean only
- Ensure soap is fully set before attempting to unmold to avoid deforming the loaf
- Keep out of reach of children during soap-making processes
