This natural hair coloring process forms a protective coat of rich semi-permanent color around each hair strand. It easily adheres to the hair cuticle and penetrates the cortex region of the hair and develops color easily by natural oxidation. The color is not permanent; it washes out gradually and will not stain or leave any residue on hair.
In some cases, hair may appear to have a green hue for the first 24-48 hours after rinsing out the dye. This should fade away as the coloring sets into your hair. Applying henna in the evening will give it more time to develop overnight
