- Cover and allow to steep for approximately 10–15 minutes.
- Strain thoroughly before drinking.
- Enjoy on its own or combine with other herbs.

For a Stronger Infusion
Add approximately 1 tablespoon of Dried Rosehip to 250–300 ml of hot water.
Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain thoroughly. For a fuller extraction, the fruit may be lightly crushed before steeping.
For Herbal Blends
Dried Rosehip combines well with herbs available from Hambelela Organic such as Hibiscus, Honeybush, Cinnamon, Cloves, or Sweet Orange Peel.
It is especially useful in fruity herbal blends because it adds natural tartness and depth of flavour.
For Syrups and Botanical Preparations
Rosehip may also be simmered gently in water and strained to prepare a base for homemade syrups or other botanical preparations.
Strain carefully to remove all plant particles before use.
