How to Use

1. Apply your desired amount of castor oil directly to the soft fabric side of the pack.
2. Place the fabric side against your skin over the target area (abdomen, liver, joints, etc.).
3. Wrap the adjustable straps around your body and fasten securely using the buttons.
4. Leave on for 45–60 minutes, or as preferred. A gentle heat source can be placed over the pack to enhance absorption.
5. Remove and store flat or rolled. Wipe the backing clean with a damp cloth.
6. Reapply oil before each use as needed. Hand wash the fabric side with mild soap when required and air dry.
