GENERAL
You must be at least 18 years of age to buy products through this Website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age and that the information you provide is correct and complete.
ORDERS
Once you submit an order, you cannot cancel it. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, at our discretion. We will inform you by email once we receive your order, as well as notify you once it has been dispatched for delivery.
OUR PRODUCTS
We do our best to ensure that the items displayed on this Website are accurate. However, we cannot ensure that there won’t be any errors in our descriptions, colours and prices. If there is an error in the price of the product you ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
SPECIAL OFFERS
We may terminate any special offer without advanced notice. If terminated, the special offer will apply for products you ordered before it was terminated.
PRICES
There is not VAT charged on our products but can be subject to change without notice. Delivery costs are displayed during checkout.
PAYMENT
Please ensure to make your full payment after placing your order through the different payment platforms provided upon checkout. Delivery will commence once payments has been received or proof of payment. We do accept EFT payments. We do not accept cheques and direct bank deposits as a method of payment.
We may not accept your order if:
The selected item is out of stock;
We notice an error on the product or price;
No proof of payment received within 24hours of purchase.
We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
Hambelela Organic reserves the right to reject any order at any time and at our sole discretion.
We will contact you if by any reason we are unable to process your order.
DELIVERY
We currently only deliver in Namibia. We use all reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within same day if order placed before 2pm and next day if order placed after 2pm date of purchase, subject to payment clearance and address verification. You should receive your order within 1 day of business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Orders outside of Windhoek placed after 2 pm will be send next day via NamPost.
Hambelela Organic is not liable for any loss or damage that may result from late delivery or non-delivery. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order.
We will do everything in our power to ensure that your order is delivered at the place and to the person of your choice, in perfect condition and within the shortest possible time.
You can track your order by using the tracking number in your confirmation email.
EVENTS OUT OF OUR CONTROL
We will not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in our obligations due to events out of our control. These include, but are not limited to, strikes, war and severe weather conditions.
