Chamomile Flowers

Preparing The Tea:
1. Place your tea bag or infuser in the bottom of your favorite mug
2. Pour boiling water over it
3. Let steep for at least 5 minutes
4. Add any flavoring you want such as honey or lemon
5. Drink up!
The longer you allow it to steep, the richer and stronger the flavor. Don’t let it steep for any more than 10 minutes.
The best time to drink this chamomile tea creation is about 30 minutes before bed.

Persons with allergies to other members of the Asteraceae family should exercise caution with chamomile. The infusion should not be used near the eyes.
